Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, unused, and undamaged)

  • Have all original packaging and tags intact

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet treats, food, or snacks)

  • Custom or personalized items (such as engraved collars or custom grooming kits)

  • Personal care products that have been opened (e.g., shampoos, grooming sprays)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must still be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • With original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
